How to enable 5G on Apple (iOS) & Android

In some locations, you may be able to use 5G on your device.

In this guide, there is a step by step walkthrough of turning on 5G on apple and android devices.

IOS.

1. Go into Settings.

2. Go into "Mobile Data"

3. Click on the eSIM you want to enable 5G for.

4. Click on the section "Voice & Data"

5. Select from the list provided and your 5G will be enabled.

5G On: Your 5G is enabled and will uses it whenever it is available.

5G Auto: Your 5G will be used when it will not significantly reduce battery life.

Android.

1. Go into Settings.

2. Go into "SIM cards & mobile networks"

3. Click on the eSIM you want to enable 5G for.

4. Click on "Preferred network type"

5. From here you can select 5G as your preferred network type.
