Can I send SMS or make phone calls using my eSIM?

Our eSIMs are data only, so you won’t be able to send traditional SMS or make phone calls through them.

However, internet-based messaging and calling services (such as WhatsApp or iMessage) can be accessed by using the mobile data provided by your eSIM.
